The details below record the participation arrangements and deadlines for the 13th edition, held online on 15–16 May 2026.
Proposal and languages
Presentations may be delivered in Romanian, English, or French. For every contribution, please provide the title, an abstract of 200–250 words, and 3–5 keywords in English.
For the 2026 edition, participants were asked to complete the registration form and email it to [email protected].
2026 deadlines
- 10 May 2026: submission of the completed registration form.
- 12 May 2026: confirmation of participation.
- 14 May 2026: submission of the full paper and proof of payment of the registration fee.
